This is a collection of changes to rio. Most
of the patches are other people's work, simply collected
here in one place.

Unmodified files include the original rio files directly.

I've changed "rio" to "nile" on prints and interfaces to
avoid confusion, but have left most of the internal stuff
as-is, to simplify diffs. In particular, the files in /srv still
reference "rio".

Nile includes Andrey Mirtchovski's patch to enable
transparent window creation. That is, when creating or
resizing windows, only the border is displayed. This is
nicer when doing graphics over a poor network, and
makes a difference for cpu load on tiny things like the
Raspberry pi.

"Exit" on button 3, previously only visible if the name of
the executable ended in .out, is now always visible.

I've added a slight variant of yiyus's -I patch, to add a
non-interactive mode. My variant isn't quite as good as
yiyus's original right now. I used this for a while, but don't
any more; in cases where it'd be useful, something more drastic is
really called for. I'll likely remove this.

Playing around with colors. The current set is darker and
works well, except for selected text being too low-contrast.

I've reversed the sense of -s; scrolling is on by default.

Removed cut, paste, and snarf from the buton 2 menu,
as they're redundant with the mouse chords. Clears up
the menu for other things, like look (in progress).

Also, there's this suggestion from russ:
	"if we get rid of the menus, then in a text window we
	can use... ...button 2 for send, button 3 for plumb."
	"if there's no b3 menu then a new window can be
	created by just dragging out a rectangle with b3
	when you start on grey background. that leaves
	Delete and Hide. the hidden window menu can go on

I've moved the hidden menu from b3 to b1, removed
New, Resize, and Move from the b3 menu, and caused
b3 on the background to sweep a new window. That last
bit, in particular, feels pretty nice.
You can get the last bit of the changes with -m (menuless),
which will make b2 always mean "send to the current
active text window" and b3 "plumb" when in a text window
(and still create a new window on the background). I
should create some shortcut commands for scroll, Delete,
and Hide to write to wctl. That may get tedious with the
last two; we'll see. I'm not planning on doing the menu bar
approach russ described.
