CpGProD output:

A table with the CpG island characteristics (one line per CpG island):

sequence name: name of the sequence ;-)
number: number of CpG islands found over the sequence
begin: beginning of the CpG island (from 1 to the length of the sequence)
end: end of the CpG island (from 1 to the length of the sequence)
length: length of the CpG island (excluding the undetermined nucleotides)
G+C frequency: G+C frequency of the CpG island
CpGo/e ratio: CpGo/e ratio of the CpG island
start-p: predicted probability to be located over the transcription start site (range from 0 to 1)
AT skew: AT skew value of the CpG island
GC skew: GC skew value of the CpG island
strand and (strand-p): strand of the promoter and predicted probability to be located over this strand (range from 0.5 to 1).

Pictures with sequence information (one picture per sequence):

name of the sequence
length of the sequence
number of CpG islands found over the sequence
G+C frequency of the sequence
CpGo/e ratio of the sequence
A picture indicating the location, the orientation (black arrow) and the start-p value (color code) observed for each CpG island
