This Frame is used to display the backbone representation of the secondary structure.
When you are displaying a pair of structures, the two colors for stems represent if the stem is in the consensus structure. When a stem is in dark color it is in the consensus, not if it is in light. To display information on a stem you can select these stem by clicking on one of it rectangle. The open position and close position are displayed. The open position is an abciss in base coordinate. The bases constituing the two part of the stem are shown near their respective rectangle. You can unselect a stem by clicking on the backgroung far from a stem or select in the selection menu select none. To view all the sequence you can click on the sequence view button. That will zoom to the maximal level and the display all the sequence. To navigate in the sequence if only a part is visible in the window you can use the move right and move left button.
