i have an anti-social cdrom that returns check
condition: medium not present (key / asc / ascq of
023a00) to "test unit ready", "start/stop unit" code 1
and "get capacity".  this patch allows scuzz to ignore
that behavior.  subsequent scuzz commands like
"modesense" and "eject" do work.
