    Thanks, but no thanks.  Uriel is a big fan of this idea
    but I don't think it's a good idea.  Win windows, like any
    other window you've edited, contain unsaved data and thus
    deserve to be marked dirty.  Being dirty doesn't stop them
    from being Del'ed with one click (see earlier patch),
    which was really the only reason to mark them as scratch.
    I like the indication that they're dirty: they're easier
    for me to find and they don't go away when I run Edit Y/'/D.
    
    I'll put the patch in saved, so that we can take the item
    off the wiki list though.
